Stone Lau Gar

The Stone Lau Gar club has a team of high level instructors: Pete Hornby (7 th Degree); Alec Clark (5 th
Degree Black Sash); Jane Gratton (4 th Degree) and Holly Cook (4 th Degree), all with many years of
experience. The Stone club offers training in traditional Lau Gar kung fu.

The club caters for students of all grades and the Instructor Team is always keen to welcome new
members. Just pop down to one of the lessons and have a chat or even dive straight in and have a
go!

7:00pm to 8:00pm - Beginners and low grades  

8:00pm to 9:00pm - Intermediate and Seniors
