Cannock Lau Gar

The Cannock Lau Gar club is mentored by Randall Salmon and Brian Roberts, instructors with many years experience and an impressive list of competition achievements.

The Cannock club offers training primarily in traditional Lau Gar kung fu but due to its close proximity to Stafford students from Cannock frequently augment their training by joining classes at Stafford as well.

All Grades: Monday 6.30pm to 7.30pm
