Welcome to Staffordshire Lau Gar Kung Fu. Here you will find information about the martial art of kung fu, the Lau Gar style and Lau Gar classes in Stafford and the surrounding area.

Established in 1975, Staffordshire Lau Gar has provided high-quality kung fu instruction for nearly half a century.  The club’s highly experienced instructors include champions in semi-contact fighting, traditional fighting and set movements.  All our students are fully supported to develop new skills and confidence and to reach their full potential.

Our regular classes are now fully open for students at all grades. The Staffordshire Lau Gar

Instructors are excited to welcome you back to Cannock, Stafford and Stone for structured training

in a safe, fun and friendly environment.

In addition, will we continue our on-line classes over Zoom on Saturday mornings, when students

can access training remotely from home. Please contact me for joining details.
